You will receive an email from Canine Comforts at the time of booking and it will contain directions and our code of conduct. It is important you read to ensure the safety of all visitors and their dogs. Not adhering to the code of conduct could mean future bookings will not be allowed.
PLEASE ADD bookings@caninecomfortsdogpaddock.co.uk AND info@caninecomforts.co.uk to your contact list before booking in order that our automated emails do not get blocked by your email providers or sent to Junk and Spam folders. If missing an email please check Junk and Spam folders before getting in touch. As you can appreciate with the facility so busy it will be difficult to answer individual questions promptly.
As many as you feel you can handle. However, if you wish to bring 6+ dogs, we ask that you book a 2 hour time slot, so that you can comfortably get all the dogs back into the car(s), without affecting the incoming users. This will give you time to undertake a full sweep of the Paddock for dog mess and rubbish.
If you are coming in from Southampton Road, Lymington then left into Sway Road, then right into Mount Pleasant Lane and it is the fourth driveway on left. Up the long drive away (slowly), past the house and you will see the Paddock and parking.
If you are coming in from Sway direction, left into Mount Pleasant Lane, carry on round right hand bend, past Passford House Hotel on left, carry on down I line and it’s first drive away on right.
The paddock’s fencing is made of a combination of wooden and metal fencing. The minimum height is 6’6” high. There is wire mesh fencing at the bottom of the metal fencing to prevent small dogs getting out. The facility has been tried and tested.
There is a main entrance gate at the car park which is closed behind you before opening another gate into the paddock to prevent escapes.
We have done our best to ensure the Paddock is as safe as possible. However, by booking with us you are accepting responsibility for you, your dogs and family.
Yes you can. However, the Paddock has been put together for the enrichment of dogs, not a play area for children. There are no guarantees that it is child safe or friendly. We therefore require you to supervise children closely and use the facility with them at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for accidents or injuries.
